Instagram raffle – #100,000 sterilizer produced

The raffle is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram.
The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but W&H Dentalwerk Bürmoos GmbH, (in short: "Organiser"). The information provided will be used solely for the raffle.
Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.
The competition starts on 04.10.2021 at 8:00 a.m. and ends on 06.12.2021 at 8:00 a.m. The prize is 1× W&H sterilizer of the winner's choice. Participation is open to persons over 18 years of age.
The raffle participation takes place according to the instructions in the Instagram Story "100,000".
Pictures that violate the Instagram guidelines, Austrian law, our netiquette and/or copyright will be removed after knowledge without notice. The participant is thus excluded from the raffle.
The draw for the prize will take place after the end of the implementation period under exclusion of the public.
The winners will be informed via the direct message function of Instagram on Instagram. Winners must provide their contact and address information via "Direct Message" within 5 business days (from notification of winning). If winners do not confirm acceptance of the prize within this time, their claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation. A replacement winner will then be determined using the same procedure. There is no obligation to accept the prize.
Insofar as personal data of participants is collected within the scope of the competition, this data will be collected, processed and used by the organiser exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition and will be deleted after the competition has ended.
